Based in Paris in Saint Germain des Près, Flouzen is a lifestyle brand of cashmere essentials for cosy globetrotters. Following the slow fashion movement, flouzen is a line of timeless classics inspired by Julie's idea of French art de vivre.
Born in Paris from French father and German mother, Julie was raised in Paris in the international school Ecole Active Bilingue Jeannine Manuel. After graduating from a Master degree in political science from French Ivy Sciences Po, she worked for French-German Tv channel Arte.
In 2009, Julie founded Flouzen to explore the worlds of visual arts, fashion and creative direction.
Inspired by her travels Julie shares in each of her collections her passion for the fabric of cashmere and the art of knitting. Every season Julie explores through photography and video the creative mood of the collection .
All Flouzen pieces are knitted in the finest cashmere yarn : Italian yarn from Fialtura di Trivero and Scottish yarn from Todd&Duncan.
